rubber mallet and tap all round the sides and it should move.

you'll hear the difference as it lets go

heat will shift it and that little nudge from a mallet

Yer the best thing is to put oil in it and leave it to soak through over time might even take a few days to free it up then start knocking it with a mallet as Drew said, take care not to go mad and snapping the fins off the barrel, also heat up the barrel not the piston.

Still no joy with the barrel it looks like previous owner has neglected this bike can I just confirm that there is only 4 bolts holding this head on lol as its just not budging from the one corner took somr pics of the barrel and piston side tho and I can definatly say it 100% needed changing

Ok luke " the best penetrating fluid is ATF-acitone mix ,,, = nail varnish remover,&Auto transmission fluid. spray that in there :yeah:

This mix will pull in. [ capillary ] spray it In [ mix up fliuid and fill an old window cleaner bottle ]

Lol It is lol replacing full top end after seeing the piston it has very deep scratches all around it and the barrel has deep scratches im suprised it even run at all lol it was only doing 35mph so looking forwatd to seeing a deastic improvment lol

Compare it to the new 70 cc barrel , porting is a trick business :eusa_think:
