XR650-R Posted November 24, 2014 Author Share Posted November 24, 2014 Well 1 blob of solder on the pilot jet and she lives.....ordered a new 1 along with some tank rubbers/mounts and a float bowl gasket so hopefully come Wednesday the carb and tank can go back on. Connected the headlight up the other day and it didn't seem to work till friend turned the key a bit further amazed light worked ....thanks for the help guys, least if anyone else has the same problem as me they will know what to go to straight away....good old interweb Just a thought what if anything should I do about any excess fuel which has entered the crankcase ?.... 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
