my xt 600 e wont turn over battery is charged when i press starter button nothing happens apart from neutral light goes slightly duller can any one help pls

If the motor will turn over ie, not seized ( try pushing it a little with the bike in gear and the clutch out) then most common faults that spring to mind are, a flat battery, a poor battery connection, a stuck starter motor, a bad starter motor connection or even a blown fuse depending on how the start system is wired on your bike

perhaps the battery is on it's way out?

Starter motor or CDI fault?

The symptoms you describe could also be caused by worn brushes in the starter . I doubt very much that it will be anything to do with the CDI .
