Hello all-

I recently replaced the original reeds on my dt175 with boyesen power reeds and the bike is now running very hot. It was in storage for a while and ran fine before the upgrade. Has anyone else used these reeds on this machine and had trouble?

Those reeds will make little or no difference to a regular dt.

Sounds like somewhere you have a small air leak. Being after the carb its leaning the mixture out.
