Hello everyone! I'm new the forum and also new to motorcycles. Never rode one... Ever. But a friend of mine was selling his TT 250 for really cheap so I went for it.

It has been sitting for a few years. Last registered in 2008 so at least 4 years. I want to try and start it up but I don't know what steps to take before hand.

Also I want to try for dual registration. Is this even possible with this bike? I live in California. I know I have to get all the lights for it, but I heard that the power output isn't powerful enough for legal street use...

Hope to hear good news from you guys!
