Are the ybr and ybr custom exhausts interchangeable?

Just bought a custom and the header pipe is rusted to hell, but all the replacements on eBay are for the standard ybr125

I"v seen two changed for new at mates garage, the collar rusts solid into the head , pure bastard to remove,,, be prepared,,

I think so that could change them I no you could put a different type  like a sport type one
