Hi guys.

i've just bought a 1999 wr400 f. absolutley fantastic bike when its on the stand but when i sit it uprisght or lean it away from the stand it revs itself ??
i've had the carb apart and checked the float height. it is exactly 9mm (recomended by yamaha) but still having problems.

Does anyone know what it might be ??

still sounds like float height to me though?

There has to be a little slack (free play) in the throttle cable. When you turn the handle bars side to side, does it rev up? If so that's it
