HI, my Dt headlights dip rather dangerously when i apply the brakes i think this is a bad earth??? am i right? and if so where are the earth points thanks

Dont suppose you checked your battery recently. Fair bet its flat or getting there.

Mine dips really bad also and my battery is reading 11.7 volts

So recharge the battery and check the charging output as well. A good battery will show 12 to 13v.

Ahh I see I just used to put it down to there not being much charge to run the lights when the bikes not running high rpm. Like all my mopeds (rev and gos) they all did the same

Anything at or below 12v on a 12v battery is too low, as Cynic says a charged battery will show around 12.5 minimum, more while being charged.

Do the headlights run direct off the batterie? They only work when the bikes running and get brighter when you rev.. I no the newer ones are direct to the bat
