Don't think so, your best bet is to try a bike shop we don't know much about push bikes on here although some do ride them, it might be a concept bike? that your thinking about or even an electric bike that some of the manufacturers sometimes do for publicity. Someone else on here might be able to help but don't hold your breath waiting for a reply.
