Meerkat81
Hi to all, I just joined the forum, name Alex Location lincoln Bike xj900 but looking at fjr1300 Regular on the diversion owners club, not the most talkative but usually there in the back ground. Well, that's me, thought it only polite to introduce myself first. Meerkat
mike1949
Hi Meerkat and welcome to the forum. I've got an xj600 Diversion and was wondering about getting a 900, is there any pro's and cons about the 900's, I know that they are shaft driven so is that a good thing or not? Regards Mike

Regards Mike Hi mike, The 900 is a fantastic bike, I had a 600 and moved up and the difference is worlds apart. It suits a longer leg, but lowering kits available I keep up with power rangers on all out sports bikes Good mpg, good riding position, easy to maintain, cheap parts, and the owners forum is great for info, a laugh or buying/selling parts. Down sides, heavy, not the best brakes. If you want an all round play, work, commuting , touring bike. Get the 900, and join the forum on pro boards .
