Posted March 17, 201411 yr hi all im interested in changing my carb from a flat slide to a circle 1. im asking if any 1 has done this also what size will i need etc the main reason for this is i cant find a repair it for but i can find a load for the circle type thanks in advance p.s or if any 1 knows what other bikes use the same carbs
March 17, 201411 yr Moderator The earlier DTRs had a round slide carb I think, if it were me though I'd stick to the flatslide as was intended, is yours goosed then? cant you get one from ebay? or someone here

March 17, 201411 yr Whats the size of flatside , 26mm/30mm/32mm ? . look on ebay at other make of bikes , that use same size,,is KX125 , KR1. 250 RGV250 . . as may be plentyfull , = Cheaper,,,,
