Have been working on some painting and some other stuff

Still have to do some speed blocks. Rubber arrived today. Dunlop Q3's

I've had my bike on a rear stand forever. I put the front stand on. When I did, I found that the front tire has some serious drag on it. Feels like the calipers aren't releasing. I may have to do a caliper rebuild. Argh. It's probably the only thing I haven't rebuilt yet. WTF!

Yes the front is lowered. I'm trying to help improve the geometry of the bike. With the R1 front end (less offset) and the FJ swinger (52 mm longer) the handling would be slower. I dropped the front to help compensate

Haven't had a chance to do a lot of suspension tuning yet. It is stuff on the front end. The back isn't bad. Spring rate on the R6 shock is similar to the RZ.

Not enough time in the seat yet to give good feedback.

Jeff fyi stainlees wieghs more per sq in than mild steel your gona have to find other places to shave weight.
