elliott911
Greetings Yamaha enthusiasts!! I have finally joined the forum! I basically love everything 2 stoke- i recently got a bunch of rust which use to be a Yamaha bike of some sort. most rust has been resolved- now its just putting the pieces together. its a rotary valve inlet engine, single cylinder. toaster tank style. Im looking forward to some day getting it on the road, I'm assuming its an YE6 also Looking forward to learning more about yamahas!

elliott911
Hey guys!! thank you for the very kind welcoming. I'm stoked to be here.. i recently got a new bike, and i was wondering if you could help me identify it better. i am kinda worried the seller may have chopped it up and used a miss match of parts. i could be wrong, i just can't find much information with what he described it as. "1968 yamaha r1 350cc" is what he called it. the frame number is as follows: R1 11614 it was a killer deal, so I'm not too worried if it isn't what he described.
