Don't they have any rules on their roads or is it just a free for all? free for with a 'general' sense of direction, its too over populated to do anything else I suspect that there are no such things as MOTs/insurance/licence out there i never saw any evidence of it but the cops took a £2 fine off me for not having my license on me at 03:00h whilst drunk as a skunk riding a moped
January 31, 201411 yr Although it looks mad I wonder if just the shear amount of traffic and the slow speed keeps the death toll down to only a couple of thousand a day ???
