January 20, 201411 yr hi new to this site my name is graham and im having problems with my sons dt50 wont go over 20 mph have changed piston and rings petrol plug gaskets any help appreciated I'm also new here, but why not give it a compression on dry and wet, and post the numbers, I'm sure someone on here can identify something regarding your problem. From what I know a 50cc is capable of reaching 45 mph.
