rodsatheart
Hey folks. New to the forum and looks like lots of good info that I will need. I've been trying to id the engine in my bike. Number is 3hh-108856. I was told it was a 2000 but I doubt that. I'm thiking more like a 1998. Any help is greatly appriciated.

feliks
Actually, I'm rebuilding an FZ600 - quite often confused with the FZR600 - which is a later model! However, in my Haynes manual it gives a breakdown of what the engine numbers are for my model years...so if you can get your hands on a 98-2000 manual then it might say in there! Or maybe someone else will know.... Sorry I can't help!
barrybigbazneill
Think it's a 1994 I think that's when they brought out the FZR. My mate use to race oneSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

rodsatheart
Actually not gone. Not real good at intro's. Between work, broken 4 year old fridge, living out of icechests for almost 2 weeks now, and trying to get the FZR back together for spring, not been alot of pc time except 4am before work. Been meaning to call out to SoCal to a dealer there.
feliks
If you lived here you could use outside as a fridge! Actually it'd be a deep freeze right now.... Just call your dealer and give em the #, they should be able to tell you what year.
