Posted January 12, 201411 yr Well, here's the new bike. as always, the pics look better than the real thing! over all, it aint bad for a near 25 year old bike, but the fairing has a few dings and the usual controls, mirrors, bolts etc will need a refurb/replacement, but overall its exactly what I was looking for, a pretty much standard old school 80's powerhouse it has braided lines throughout and a Micron end can. Plans are a light restore and then rag the nuts out of it in the good weather. I guess that's why I could never buy a Harley. Polishing just isn't my thing. I'd rather be riding than getting out the endless brushes and stuff.
