Trouble is there's no clues to whats going on other than a high speed impact/ejection

Was he/she wearing a belt in the first place?

is this a belt failure or the result of no belt?

Was this a passenger (front or rear) or driver?

Clearly ejected from the vehicle, did they survive the mutliple injuries (you tend not to walk away from aerial flight at crash momentum!)

Did anyone survive?

    About 18 months ago i had a young chap spin out of control and hit my lorry.
