They have all kinds of policies to deal with that crap and they'll probably class it as bullying & harassment. gizmo666 Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 grouch just out of intrest does your work have a personell dept if so then take the matter to them failing that take the matter up with your union they will check it out and set up a sting if neccessary remember that you stay in England(not your fault lol only jking) and therfore trespass laws come into effect as this is invasion into your private property all you need is one witness or one photograph perhaps if you want to take it up with your manager then mention trespass laws race and the issue of racism will only come into effect if you take matters into your own hands the first thing you should do before talking to anyone in your work is report the matter to the police and get it date registered that way if it goes deeper you have that backup good luck with the scumbag

There is no room in the law for this type of thing and you will end up in court for any injury you cause regardless of your intentions. Sorry to be a party pooper but DO NOT go down the route of retaliation it will end badly for you. You have at the moment the force of law on your side but the moment you step into "getting your own back" then you are the aggressor and will be dealt with as such, sorry mate but you have to either say nothing and accept it or go to your manager - personnel dept or last resort the Police. There is an advantage to getting old, it's that you get past the stupid things and start thinking of the consequences.

However amusing some of the other suggestions have been, you'd be more than stupid to do anything other than follow protocol. Boring I know, but I guess that's why I work for a law firm...!You have mentioned how you've worked hard to get where you are in your career, so engage your brain before you do anything that will jeopardise that.Of course, this may have been easier to resolve if you confronted him about a year ago when all this started - not really sure why you allowed it to go in that long, but each to their own I guess. 1

Also I think he is trying to find something to get you fired so. Get a piece of fudge and wrap it up like HASH and throw a few papers in there and a couple of small bag's of icing suggar and a few bags of basil all in a seperat bag and forget to lock your bag.Then when he goes runnin to your boss telling them your a drug dealer you will have all the proff needed. Edit The day befor you do the fake drugs tell your boss you cant prove that he has been going through your bag but will soon.
