What plug is best as I've heard different things about both

Normally in its standard restricted form a br8es would be used as the plug runs slightly hotter if its been derestricted or modified performance wise go for a br9es as it is slightly cooler plug or a br9eix which is the iridium version

The book says BR9ES and the plug gap is 0.7 to 0.8mm

I have always ran a BR9 for years

I had a br9es and coursed me a few problems as some people will no on here I had to change to a iridium plug br9eix and it has made my dt run spot on
