advice with indicator problem dtr 125

Have just fitted a new battery to my 2003 dtr125 as old one was completley dead now my indicators flash really fast.they all work but are flashing really quick would this be the flasher relay at fault and if so does anyone no where it is

    Also neutral switch doesnt work have changed bulb bit still no light :(

    Just too add indicators are a cheap aftermarket replace ment fitted by previous owner
