When going thru the gears, the neutral light starts flashing in most gears. It does look normal when in neutral. Could this be a short or faulty switch?

Seems to have sorted itself out.

It took 10 days to get an answer Mc, and then you sorted it out yourself, go figure! I would have thought someone here would know the answer? Still sometimes it's the self taught lessons that stick longest.

Actually I did nothing to it. Just with some riding around the problem disappeared.
