Hi all now just start to rebuild me fightered

750 and changeing the fork oil.

Any one recommend a fork weight oil

i do a few track days and it gets ridden

fairly hard..

    i used to use a multigrade oil in my cbr, 10-15w...got stiffer the warmer they got :P

    I would have thought the answer would be in how much you weigh and how you like your bike to handle.

    I preffer a medium to heavy oil using genuine Yamaha seals as pattern ones seem to leak.
