Decided to start with the 'blowing' exhaust

Well apparently it was a little bit worse than expected

Exhaust to be welded on wednesday!

Next to change the back tyre... never done this on a shaftdrive bike before...

Success! most awkward rear wheel removal ever!!

Old tyre is off! With no tyre removal tools either.. was a challenge!

Yeah the chap bought it cheap as a commuter, did him well until the inevitable

Spent the day sorting out the freshly welded exhaust with a fresh polish and refitted. Pictures up later.
