resistance when moving the xj6 manually

Hi hope you can help ... The front brakes appear to be binding. I have recently taken front brakes of cleaned and checked and are not binding but still feels really heavy to maneuver feels like im pushing it up hill.... Help please.

Under -inflated tyres usualy,, or rear brake,, or rusty chain, or wheel bearing, :rolleyes:
