I got it starting and all, but I need to get the carbs factory settings for the jets to get the bike running smoothly. Please if someone could help me you'd be a star. Preload Posted June 21, 2013 Share Posted June 21, 2013 The carb probably hasnt been tampered with so take note of the setting as they are now as dads dont tend to move stuff. blackhat250 Posted June 21, 2013 Share Posted June 21, 2013 Welcome 96" as he says take out the pilot jet, clean it till all holes are clear, the carb bottom will have a well with small hole in bottom, this feeds the choke jet, blast it thru with carb clean, .air screw will be 1.5 turns out, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
