Posted June 20, 201311 yr Ok so someone said if I don't turn the tap off its normal but I don't think this is true as it never did it before ?
June 20, 201311 yr Moderator no it shouldnt do that, could be a worn or dirty float needle valve and/or seat
June 20, 201311 yr I had this on one of my old Kwakasakis, it was dirt under the float needle holding it raised. I cured it by double dosing the tank with Redex and blasting it up the M3 for a few miles.
