I can only assume a few things here; 1) you have a bobblehead, 2) roads are terrible, 3) the camera is slack causing it to bounce up/down/left/right slightly. I think that JVC camera has a stabiliser function built in, maybe try turning that on to see if it makes a difference. I actually think it might be 3, you can clearly see the camera isn't exactly moving with the helmet. But, that might also be because of the wide angle effect.
