I've just returned from the IOM on the yzf which is now a coast to coast ride for me.

After 70 miles on the road I was crippled an had to stop I've had this bike For a while now and I love it to bits has any one else had the same problem and have you managed to cure it ....:-:-(

Have you set the damping too high as the shock maybe returning to slowly.

Or maybe your just "GETTING OLD"

really difficult to know what to suggest, i had a bad back after getting caught by a deep pothole - since it just seems like normal riding in your case Ican only think of changing your riding stance about a bit if that's possible, will the handlebars adjust at all?

ibuprofen! if your planning a long ride take 2 half an hour before, works for my sciatica LOL :spit:
