hi !

im Cagiva4ever. 32yo Cagiva etc collector. from Fi.

last year 2012 i bought 3pa 125 TZR, or 3 so to speak how to count, 1 full Van from floor to roof Stacked tightly, so to speak.

i have summink 13~+ bike's, inc diy 2t motorized bicycle's. and somewhat 10+ various small engine's etc, 4T tuned quad. Carting 2T race engine etc. about 100m2 of parts etc

im very much of a diy man and innovative-creative , and example

Back in '97 when i bought my 1st 125cc 2T, i had some offers between C12R , 3pa TZR and Sp01. as Mito's were not available, i went with C12R '89 as Cagiva's were and are my Love, since age 8 un-offically.

i had an good opportunity back then '97 to buy the 3Pa color scheme Black in fully original condition for 3000 Fi mark's, same amount in euro's 500e. but double that for current value etc so to speak...

from Cagiva's i have factory Sp models, the best and most rare ones out of the range. i R&D for them as i tune them, Restaure etc.

So now im looking for other Grown up's who seriously collect or Hobby seriously 125cc's. especially TZR's.

ive been on some forums but none have ever been full filling or none have ever given Match to my specs.

Hopefully this Yamaha hobby (its a keeper as im a collector) would provide me some lifetime Yamaha friends, being hardcore Yamaha owners, who know their stuff in and out, and dont joke. in Fi im really rare species for a 125cc owner and hobbyist, as we do not exist here in practise. 125cc's here strictly 16yo teenagers bikes, always been. the ones simular to me in Fi, most of them i know.

summink about my profile :

- i have 3year degree from machinist/cnc machinist school, after that ive worked on the industry. also registered practical nurse and 1st Aid response from red cross. Been in a army service as every Finn. been working in a School enviroment as a teacher etc.

- ive worked as a Mechanic in a Aprilia++ dealer, and as a parts retailer. Working past years also and currently as a mc parts private retailer with my global connections and collector friends in a joined collab. sometimes i also work in a Bike Breaker, where from i got my 3Pa and lotsa various model Yamaha 125cc 2T parts.

- i dont hobby much else than bike's and motor's. little fishing and outdoors hiking biking daily. i do not own a Car, never have.

- i fix electronics, consumer electronics, phones-pc's etc. i also Devlop some electronics being Servo control units etc, ignition stuff. at somepoint i had ~30 PC's. ~40 cell phones. i do collect Nokia's Communicator models, slowly.

- i read alot Global news, Politics and Economics etc. some what i speak read 4~5 languages weekly/daily/monthly, due the bike Hobby etc.

- i write a shop Blog, for the moped/bike parts that i Retail with my joint collabs. + misc issues for the Blog related into bike specs etc investigations happenings.

bye:)

im after new or good condition Sorry forum rules, you can put wanted and for sale items in the classified section only

ive been trying to find out :

-what is common 2RH00 cylinder height, as factory Original. any huge tolerance variations if so

-common Squish in 2rk-2rh-3pa Original Cylinder assy, as Factory setted, and any huge tolerance variations if so

past 6 months ive been collecting various Yamaha photos etc pdf's ++. have now approx 4000~5000 files. but still lotsa to find out.

havent yet found any1 who would know Variations regarding previosly mentioned specs...

some weeks ago i got my Cylinder head Jig done, which allows me to modify Cagiva and 2RH00 heads in my Lathe.

have somewhat 5 heads of 2RH00 in my storage and more to salvage from Breaker.

ive seen 1 pdf iirc French1 that is 2RH brochure showing the Proper C-head combustion shape. no link available righ now to paste, but im looking for more files and Photos of the Piticular Head and its Specs, head Volume and Squish edge etc.

hi !

past 3 days ive been once again at the bike breaker. bough more tzr etc yamaha parts.

i have now somewhat 10~12 ypvs servos, inc models for 1GU rd125lc ypvs and earlyer 10W model.2rk-2rh-3pa. 3MB DT125R. ++

same amount or more of YPVS ECU's for same model range.

bought more 2rk-2rh.3pa cylinder heads, i have now about'ish 8 of them, plenty to modify on Lathe...

This is the brochure i mentioned previously, for the intresting proper head profile :

source page:

http://sbk80.blogspot.fi/2013/02/yamaha-tzr-125-r-1987.html

the document brochure:

http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-851sAVliFfw/USj9DfZotWI/AAAAAAAAAek/uIx4_y0L0I4/s1600/yamaha+tzr+125r+1987+%282%29.jpg

Any1 know if it was std part only for France market or what ?

Any1 have a experience about these Aftermarket replacement carbs ?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/YAMAHA-TZR125-TZR-125-1988-1990-Replacement-Carb-/251254657444?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item3a7ff1d1a4

im looking them just as Curious whats available and what +/- they have in Functions/structure etc.

ive been hand washing my 2 OEM Carb's ~10 hours and next they go into my PRO proper ultrasonic washer. a golden tool equipment to have own.

i noticed that 1 of my OEM 26ss carbs have Factory original "Anti tamper" plastic plug above Air Screw, seems like "Anti Tamper" and factory pre-set.

ive been trying to find photos from web about Opened/splitted 2rk-2rh-3Pa etc Exhaust Chambers, ive not found any. Any1 know where to find photo(s) or info of what thye Contain inside ?

Restauration of my 3Pa is in half way.

bye:)
