Ybr125 starting and cutting out

Hi

I have a 2006 yamaha ybr125 and it is a real pain to start it turns over but will not fire up. When it does fire up it runs fine but then sometimes it cuts out and is a pain to start again I've so far replaced the plug and cap the coil and I've stripped and cleaned the carb to the best of my ability with the tools at home I'm now running out of ideas and any pointers would be much appreciated before I book it in at the local garage.
