kiprasx1234 Posted May 22, 2013 Share Posted May 22, 2013 Hello, i have a yamaha aerox 50cc and i want to derestrict it by removing the washer from the variator. I have the correct tools and am able to legally do this as am 17 now. I just want to ask is it ok to remove this washer and by how much will it improve my speed? woodburnyq50 Posted May 22, 2013 Share Posted May 22, 2013 Didn't know that was a restriction :S took it of mine when I rebuilt engine because I forgot it and didn't want to strip it back down lazy and lucky, what other restrictions are there on the aerox? kiprasx1234 Posted May 22, 2013 Author Share Posted May 22, 2013 Theres one on the exhaust which includes having to cut of the extra pipe that comes out of it and welding it shut but then you have to up jet and everything so i dont want to do that.
