have old dt125,19" front wheel. want to make it straight street bike only.

although the tubes are longer ( I think ), is the cylinder is same? and could I just

change the dampening to street type, say from an rs125?

Only real difference is the oil. Just swap it out for some slightly heavier fork oil and your done. Doubt you will notice a difference.

On those early dts they hadnt figured suspention out for off road.

lol, kind'a noticed that. have a guy looking for forks that can use, if that fails. will try the heavier oil.
