yeah, sorry, u was using a bad angle when I make the picture, for who don`t see that, look where is the the safety chain placed

At least the scoot will weigh a bit, I saw a lady doing that with her pushbike outside Aldi's the other week, and just for a laugh picked her bike up and moved it to another post, she didn't even notice when she came out.
