Iv have just bought a 1989 DT50MX, it is currently red frame and black tank and seat but im thinking of changing it, what other original colour schemes were avalible on this bike back in 1989? any descriptions or pics much appriciated

as for your question, my '89 DT was 'peacock blue' tank and plastics with a black frame, my 1982 was originally black frame and white plastics, the paris dakar DTs had a bodykit and were usually fitted to white bikes with black frames
