Hi all

I have a 2008 YBR and as it is now out of warranty and as money is very tight at the minute I would like to have a go at servicing it myself.

I used to have a Jinlun 125 custom and servicing that was a doddle so to I imagine to YBR.

Problem is I'm not sure where everything is on my bike and what parts I need to change. I have searched Google and drawn a blank so its over to you fellow Yamaha riders

Please help

The owners manual should provide a usfull bit of info.

Post a hello in new membars and then when stuck for a how to do post in workshop

(Can also go to the Yamaha website and try download a copy of the manual which states what needs to be done and how).

The ybr is ridiculously easy to work on. Get a Haynes manual and all will be explained.

Oil drain bolt is on left bottom . Spark plug is easy to see and change and airbox and filter is on the right behind caseing .... takes near enuf 1liter of oil
