dont think its the starter clutch as it does it when connected to solenoid???

well then either the solenoid is seized on or the sterter relay is signalling the solenoid all of the time, not just when the button is pressed?

yes it's direct to the solenoid, a red/white wire.

have you tried in-fastening this wire and then what happens?

actually what I'm now calling the solenoid is the relay lol solenoid term dropped forth-with

i think it does..but i just bought it and someone has messed around with it..unfortunately this model was built without a kickstart fucking useful..im thinking solenoid is kupput or starter button knackered??
