Posted January 14, 201312 yr I just picked up a 1981 DT 175. I haven't got it running yet. Cleaned out the old gas and freed up the slide in the carb. The carb looked pretty clean. Compression was 120. The petcock was pretty cruddy. I ordered a new one. I assume this is gravity fed on this bike. thenks steve k
January 14, 201312 yr Moderator Yep. Plain ol gravity. These bikes work best using a big K.I.S.S Keep It Simple Stupid Worked for me for 25 years..
