wild foamy
from what i can remember the certificate is for the bike, the rider is restricted as part of their licence terms anyway (for 2 years or until they are 21) and it will most likely be in your insurance small print
armfaw
so if i buy it i wont need to re-restrict it?
wild foamy
Not as far as i know, you cant really re-restrict it because the restrictors will already be in place
KirriePete
Your licence restricts you to 33bhp, the bike is restricted to 33bhp, that's all that matters. The bit of paper is worth exactly feck all, even MCN got it right (and that's saying something!) - Clicky Linky Thing. Buy it, ride it, when your two years are up whip the restrictors out and revel in the awesome power!
