Posted December 22, 201212 yr My name is Doug and I could really use some help with some specs here. I need to know the torque setting on the head bolts when tightening it, and how tight do you tighten the bolts on the pressure plate. Does anybody have a service manual they would be willing to part with for this bike?
December 22, 201212 yr Welcome doug" head bolts = 25/30 ft/lb . And CD manuals on ebay for $10.Be gentle with the presure plate bolts, they are easy to shear,
