my piston skirts broken off while it blew up and fell into the crank is there any ways to remove the 1 solid bit without splitting the engine?

i broke a piston ring on my DT50 once and it dropped into the engine, i literally turned the bike upside down, gave it a shake and then counted the bits that fell out to make sure that they were all out, if you have the engine out of the bike its even easier, but seeing as it has "blown up" i would split the cases anyway and remove the fragmentation that has no doubt surely found its way into your sump
