Hi,

I have been into motorbikes all my life but never owned own until 8days ago! I was in the motorbike shop paying for my wife's scooter when I saw a 51reg SR125 for £600. I have looked at and sat on some chinese bikes but they have never felt right. I have had three operations on my spine so I need a comfortable ride and some thing that is not harsh and as soon as I sat on the SR I knew it was the bike for me. I managed to haggle the guy down to £550, new MOT, service and a full tank of petrol plus free delivery. Here are few pics of my bike in the shop and when I got home.Ive got a topbox and rack off the wifes old MBK NITRO scooter she had. The rack will need modifying a bit but it will save me £110 which a rack for the SR costs.

Hi,

Im really pleased with the bike.

The missus used to have an MBK NITRO 100 (YAMAHA AEROX), It was a great little 2 stroke and very nippy.

She now has a LEXMOTO GLADIATOR 125. I know its chinese but it a very good bike and there wasnt many scooters with a low enough seat height with her having short leg syndrome.... Plus she doesnt like girly looking scooters
