November 27, 201212 yr Author From 1st of October 2012. A new LAMS (learner approved motorcycle scheme) law which allows a learner to ride up to 650cc. XVS650 was the best buy for me.....love it
November 27, 201212 yr Haha the brits are going to be green with envy they are restricted to 10 hp,not cc's.We still don't have any hp or cc restrictions yet. First bike or just first street bike?
November 27, 201212 yr Author My 1st bike...crusier Yeah, used to be limit of 250cc. They changed the law cause riders a only obtaining a full licence on a small bike. Going out and buying a big bike and things go wrong after that.
