Posted November 4, 201212 yr 1:Will I be able t rethread the back spindle on a dtr the threads are all mashed and the nut won't tighten...i thought maybe 20mm stocks and dies? 2:Also the bolt for the front linkage parts (25 no bolt/30 no securing bolt from page no107 in the haynes manual) is also theraded and I lost part no 30.... Can I hacksaw the ends off 25 no bolt and secure with a piece of 6mm rod and washers/nuts as a cheap repair?
