Hi peeps, the starter clutch has gone on my bike and i am trying to use a puller to get the rotor off but it wont come off.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Only thing i can sugest is to tighten up the puller and give it a sharp blow with a hammer,not the rotor but the puller

As above, sharp tap on the end of the jacking screw while the screw is tight. Could try a little gentle heat from a hair dryer to assist with breaking the join
