How is everyone? I have a 2005 Yamaha 650 V-Star and just finished putting in a new battery. I don't know if I am in right place to ask this question but my bike won't start untless I have the throttle pulled out. Now it will start if I am holding down the start button and revving it up at the same time. If I let go of the revving part, the bike dies. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey Ludi, Welcome to the club, Have you tried to adjust the tick over? on the left hand side of the bike under the fuel tank, (where the fuel tap is) there is a little screw head with a bendy bit, turn the clock wise to bring the idle up. Try that and see if it works?
