emilz23 Posted October 18, 2012 Author Posted October 18, 2012 Thats normal, is thak kind of leakage system? or i can taping it with liquid metal ?
Moderator Airhead Posted October 18, 2012 Moderator Posted October 18, 2012 Its normal, leave it alone...You lie your bike on the ground?
emilz23 Posted October 18, 2012 Author Posted October 18, 2012 Yep, i know its wrong, but ... just looking aroud ... em ... tomorow will clean carb.
emilz23 Posted October 20, 2012 Author Posted October 20, 2012 Cleaned carb, but top speed doesnt cheange ... what else?
Moderator Airhead Posted October 20, 2012 Moderator Posted October 20, 2012 Can you do a compression test? What size main jet is fitted in the carb?
emilz23 Posted October 21, 2012 Author Posted October 21, 2012 I don't know how to do that. I cant take out float, so i dont know size of jet.
Moderator Airhead Posted October 21, 2012 Moderator Posted October 21, 2012 so you hav not cleaned the carb then...I thought you had done that? are you saying you havent had the float bowl off?
emilz23 Posted October 21, 2012 Author Posted October 21, 2012 I clean it ... without taking float off, with Carb cleaner spray ... i cleaned all the holes. A cant get it out, in tutorial what i wachet - bowl comed out easy, but in my carb i tryed all, but no sucess ... it stays in it place, no move.
Moderator Airhead Posted October 21, 2012 Moderator Posted October 21, 2012 Cleaning the carb really means cleaning the inside...the jets and passages inside of the carb. It is always difficult to undo the bowl screws, you need a perfectly good fitting screwdriver...one slip and the screw is chewed up and you will have to resort to other means, There is nothing to say that ANY of this will answer you original question though...the carb might be perfectly clean...your bike will still do 90kph and you may well feel that you have wasted your time.
emilz23 Posted October 21, 2012 Author Posted October 21, 2012 how to check it? any toturial would be good
emilz23 Posted October 21, 2012 Author Posted October 21, 2012 How much psi i should have, how is normal for this bike?
