August 15, 201410 yr I bought a YBR custom the other week and was wondering this exact same question Would you all recommend top boxes over tail packs or panniers then?
August 15, 201410 yr I've got a hard topbox on my SR. It's a Givi 40ish litres. Holds a good amount. Also got some over the seat saddle bags which means I can go for a long ride and get almost a weeks shopping on board. Keeps SWMBO happy after being allowed out to play
