Ok so I am buying a 77 Yamaha XS500 chopper/bobber guy said this exacley "Stretched 5 1/2" and lowered 3" all professionally done. Needs wiring cleaned up, its all there (not cut up), carbs cleaned, and finished up. Bad ass bike for whoever can spend a wknd and finish it. Ran great when pulled apart. Motor is still complete and makes great compression Needs very little to riding and turnin head"

Ok so I know not everyone is true about what they say but I talked to him on the phone he sounded lagit in what he was saying. Anyways with that being said I AM geting this bike next weekend was wondering if the wiring would be a pain in the ass to do? My mother says "oh it takes a macanic todo that, and it costs a fortune! and you wouldent be able todo it!" ok mom please this is a fucking 77 not a 08 harley davidson superglide..lol But I do agree with the fact that it dos take a "macanic" or somone smart unuff to wire it up I also know it dosent take a rocket scientist to hook up some wires to get her runing and the lights brakes and blinkers working. Anyways with that being said I dont think the guy has the manual for the bike "sighs" I am sure I can find one online or somthing but it would be nice if somone has delt with this kinda thing before?

Here she is!
