Posted August 5, 201212 yr I am trying to find a new engine for my 1986 XT 600 Tenere. Have found one on ebay out of a 1997 XT600e. Does anyone know if this later model engine will fit?
August 6, 201212 yr I am trying to find a new engine for my 1986 XT 600 Tenere. Have found one on ebay out of a 1997 XT600e. Does anyone know if this later model engine will fit? Im sure the motor will fit but the CDI units are different, cant say about the wiring , why dont you rebuild the motor. TTB
